Hey guys! Looong day today, let's not even get into it. Instead I would like to share with you this coloorful, delicious, vegan bowl that I made for dinner after coming home at nine tonight. It took me about 15 minutes to make which I think is pretty reasonable. If you like posts like this I invite you to click the little heart under the post, then I will continue posting me recipies. 
 
Veggie bowl:
 
Fresh spinach
Cocktail tomaties
A carrot
1/3 of a sweet potato
Green beans
Cucumber
Kidney beans
 
Cut and put everything in the bowl. Fry the sweet potato in olive oil, some salt and other spices if you like. I always add something sweet such as maple syrup, I brings out the sweetness in the sweet potato in an amazingly yummy way. Fry the kidney beans with some tacomix spices. Done, enjoy!
