Here's the recipe from my delicious dinner last night. Sweet potato and carrot soup with avocado toast! Soooo yummie can't get over it. Simply clean andcut the sweet potato and carrots in small pieces and put in boiling water until they get soft. In the meantime, cut one onion and cook in a pan with some olive oil, then add the sweet potato and carrots, some milk, creme fraiche and spices. I used salt, peppar and two spoons of honey. After five minutes, mix everything with a mixer for a smooth finish and you're done. For the avocado toast I just toasted two slices of bread and mashed one avocado with some spices. Simple as that. Enjooooyyy!
